FREO was established in 2002 as a spinoff from the FERI
Group. Managing Director Matthias Luecker gathered a team
of internationally experienced real estate dealers, engineers
and legal specialists around him, all in pursuit of the aim of
establishing one of the leading private equity companies in
Europe. Since this time, we have very much taken the
responsibility of living up to such an aspiration into our own
hands. Our visionary energy stems from our practical
experience, our technical expertise and a solid basis of
knowledge and values.

Today we manage a real estate investment volume of in
excess of €1.2 billion, and the trend remains upwards. Our
Head Office is in Luxembourg. We also have locations in
Berlin, Frankfurt and Paris, and have established flexibly
structured units in selected markets.
